Pricing

What does Omnikyo cost, and when is it charged?

Omnikyo is free to start — Tk 0 per month, no credit card required, no setup cost or per-seat fees. Omnikyo charges 0.9% to 2% of delivered orders only — nothing is charged on cancelled, returned, or undelivered orders. Cancel anytime.

To be specific about timing: the fee is only applied once a courier actually delivers the order and it's marked Delivered. An order sitting in New, Confirmed, Preparing, or Dispatched hasn't been charged anything yet, and if it never reaches Delivered — because it's cancelled or returned — it's never charged at all.

Is there a free trial?

There's no trial, because there's nothing to trial — Omnikyo is simply free to start, with no monthly cost at any point. You can create your store, add products, take orders, and use the platform's features from day one without paying anything upfront. The only cost you'll ever see is the small percentage taken on orders that actually get delivered.

Couriers & Delivery

What couriers are supported?

Omnikyo works with Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, and Paperfly. You can connect one or more of these from Settings, dispatch orders directly to them, and track deliveries live without leaving Omnikyo. See OmniShip for details.

What happens if my order gets returned?

Nothing is charged on it. Omnikyo only takes its fee on orders that reach the Delivered status — a returned order, whatever stage it was returned at, is never billed. See Orders for how return statuses work.

What payment methods are supported at checkout?

Customers can pay with Cash on Delivery (COD) or bKash. See Checkout & Payments for how each is set up and how they appear to customers.

Store & Products

Can I import from Shopify?

Yes. During setup — or later, from Settings — you can connect an existing Shopify store and bring your products and orders into Omnikyo. See Getting Started.

Do I need technical skills to build my store?

No. The store builder is designed to be used without any coding — pick a theme, arrange sections, and customize colors, text, and images directly. If you'd rather describe what you want in plain language, the built-in AI store-editing assistant can make the changes for you. Either way, nothing goes live on your storefront until you review and publish it yourself. See Store Builder.

Unified Inbox & Nova

Is the unified inbox AI going to reply to my customers automatically?

Only if you turn on Autopilot. By default, Nova drafts replies for a human on your team to review, edit if needed, and send — it won't send anything on its own unless you explicitly enable Autopilot for a conversation or channel. See Unified Inbox.

Meta Ads

Can I run Meta ads from inside Omnikyo?

Yes. Omnikyo includes a guided campaign wizard for creating Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns without leaving the platform. See Meta Ads.

Does the campaign start spending immediately?

Yes. As soon as you confirm the wizard, your campaign launches and begins spending against your budget right away — there's no draft or "review before spend" mode. Make sure your budget, audience, and creative are exactly how you want them before you confirm.
