Customer Management
Every person who places an order with you automatically becomes a customer record in Omnikyo — you don't need to create customers by hand. The Customers page is where you look up who's bought from you, how much they've spent over time, and — distinctively for a Cash-on-Delivery market — how reliably their deliveries actually succeed.

The Customer List
The Customers page shows every customer who has ever placed an order with you, in a searchable, paginated list. Each row gives you a quick snapshot: their name and contact details, location, and — right in the list, without having to open their profile — a summary of their delivery track record with couriers.
Searching and Pagination
Use the search bar to find a customer by name or phone number — the most reliable way to find someone in a COD business, since phone numbers are how most orders get placed and confirmed. Because customer lists can grow into the thousands for an active store, the list is paginated rather than loaded all at once, so it stays fast no matter how large your customer base gets.
Customer Details
Clicking any customer opens their full profile. From here you can see everything Omnikyo knows about that person as a buyer:
- Lifetime Value (LTV) — total amount they've spent with you across every order they've ever placed.
- Total order count — how many orders they've placed in total.
- Customer since — the date of their very first order, so you can see at a glance whether this is a brand-new buyer or a long-time repeat customer.
- Full order history — every order they've placed, with the ability to click through to any past order to see its full details.
- Courier delivery track record — their delivery success rate, broken down by courier.
Lifetime Value (LTV)
LTV (লাইফটাইম ভ্যালু) is the total revenue a customer has generated across all of their orders, added together. It's one of the fastest ways to spot your most valuable repeat customers — the people worth prioritizing with better service, faster responses, or special treatment when stock is tight.
Order History
From a customer's profile, their entire order history is laid out chronologically, so you can see their buying pattern over time — what they've bought, how often, and how much each order was worth. Clicking through to any of the orders in this list takes you straight to that order's full detail, so you never have to leave the customer view and go hunting through the main Orders page to answer a customer's question about a past purchase.
Courier Delivery Track Record
This is a feature built specifically for the realities of a COD-heavy market: alongside spending history, every customer profile also tracks how often deliveries to that customer actually succeed, broken down per courier (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX, and Paperfly). This same success-rate summary is visible both in the customer list, at a glance, and in full detail on the customer's profile.
A customer might have a strong delivery record with one courier and a weak one with another — knowing this before you dispatch an order lets you choose the courier most likely to get that specific delivery through successfully, rather than discovering a pattern of failed deliveries only after the fact.
Why Delivery Reliability Matters
In a Cash-on-Delivery market, an order isn't real revenue until it's actually delivered and paid for — a courier that repeatedly fails to reach a customer costs you the product, the shipping fee, and the round-trip return, with nothing to show for it. Surfacing a customer's delivery reliability directly on their profile — before you dispatch, not after a failed delivery — is one of the ways Omnikyo helps you make smarter shipping decisions, rather than just recording what already happened.
