A seller looks up what a product term means or how to say it in Bangla.
বাংলায়: এই পৃষ্ঠায় Omnikyo-তে ব্যবহৃত সব পণ্য শব্দ এবং তাদের সংজ্ঞা আছে। প্রতিটি শব্দের পাশে বাংলা অর্থ এবং বাংলিশ উচ্চারণ দেওয়া আছে, যাতে আপনি যেভাবে বলতে চান সেভাবে খুঁজে পেতে পারেন।

Order and fulfilment
New
An order you have just received. You have not yet acted on it. It shows in the New tab on the Orders page and the Orders by status card on the Dashboard.

Banglish: New order, naoa order
Confirmed
An order you have checked and are ready to prepare. You move an order to Confirmed when you have checked the address, payment and stock. From here you can move it to Preparing, Hold or Cancelled.
বাংলায়: অর্ডার যাচাই করা হয়েছে এবং প্রস্তুত করার জন্য প্রস্তুত। আপনি অ্যাড্রেস, পেমেন্ট এবং স্টক যাচাই করার পর অর্ডারকে এই অবস্থায় নিয়ে যান।

Preparing
The order is being packed or prepared for shipment. You have checked payment and stock, and you are picking and packing. From here the order goes to Dispatched when you send it to the courier, or stays in Preparing while you work.
বাংলায়: অর্ডার প্যাকিং বা শিপমেন্টের জন্য প্রস্তুত হচ্ছে। আপনি আইটেম বেছে নিচ্ছেন এবং প্যাক করছেন।

Dispatched
The order has been sent to the courier. A tracking number is assigned. The customer can see the parcel is on its way. From here it moves to Delivered when the courier delivers it, or to Return Pending if the customer sends it back.
বাংলায়: অর্ডার কুরিয়ারের কাছে পাঠানো হয়েছে। ট্র্যাকিং নম্বর এখন সক্রিয় এবং গ্রাহক জানতে পারে যে পার্সেল পথে আছে।

Delivered
The courier has delivered the parcel to the customer. The order is complete. From here the only move is to Return Pending if the customer sends it back.
বাংলায়: কুরিয়ার প্যাকেজ গ্রাহকের কাছে পৌঁছে দিয়েছে। অর্ডার শেষ।

Return Pending
The customer has returned the parcel to you or the courier. The parcel is on its way back or waiting for you to process. From here it moves to Returned when you have accepted and processed it.
বাংলায়: গ্রাহক পণ্য ফেরত দিয়েছে বা দিতে চায়। পার্সেল আপনার দিকে পথে আছে অথবা প্রসেস করার জন্য অপেক্ষা করছে।

Returned
You have processed the return. The parcel is back with you and you have recorded what happened (refund, exchange, or written off). This is a final status.
বাংলায়: আপনি রিটার্ন প্রসেস করে শেষ করেছেন। পণ্য আপনার কাছে ফিরে এসেছে এবং আপনি যা করেছেন তা রেকর্ড করেছেন।

Hold
An order you have paused. You are waiting for something: customer payment, stock arrival, or an answer from them. You can move it back to Confirmed, Cancelled, or forward to Preparing when you are ready.
বাংলায়: অর্ডার থেমে আছে। আপনি কিছু অপেক্ষা করছেন: গ্রাহকের পেমেন্ট, স্টক আসা, বা তাদের জবাব।

Cancelled
The order will not be fulfilled. It is not being dispatched and no stock or payment will be tied to it. This is a final status, but a cancelled order can move back to New if the customer changes their mind.

Parcel
The physical package that travels from you to the customer through a courier (Pathao, Steadfast). One order may have one or more parcels if you split the shipment, or if you send items separately.
বাংলায়: আপনার কাছ থেকে গ্রাহকের কাছে যায় এমন প্যাকেজ। এক অর্ডারের একাধিক পার্সেল হতে পারে যদি আপনি শিপমেন্ট ভাগ করেন বা আলাদা সময়ে পাঠান।

Payment and pricing
Cash on Delivery (COD)
The customer pays the courier in cash when the parcel is delivered. You receive the money from the courier a few days later. Omnikyo tracks COD orders and shows you how much cash is in flight (money the courier owes you).
বাংলায়: গ্রাহক পার্সেল পেওয়ার সময় কুরিয়ারকে নগদ অর্থ দেয়। আপনি কয়েকদিন পর কুরিয়ারের কাছ থেকে টাকা পান। Omnikyo দেখায় কত টাকা রাস্তায় আছে (কুরিয়ার আপনাকে কত ঋণী)।

bKash
A mobile banking service. Customers can pay with bKash at your checkout, and you receive the money in your bKash wallet immediately. You must connect your bKash merchant account in Settings to accept bKash payments.
বাংলায়: একটি মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং সেবা। গ্রাহকরা চেকআউটে bKash দিয়ে পেমেন্ট করতে পারে এবং আপনি তৎক্ষণাৎ টাকা পান।

Return to Origin (RTO)
A parcel that the courier could not deliver and is returning to you. The customer was not home, the address was wrong, or they refused the parcel. The courier charges you a return fee. Omnikyo shows RTO parcels in the order and tracks the cost.
বাংলায়: কুরিয়ার যা ডেলিভার করতে পারেনি এবং আপনার কাছে ফিরিয়ে আনছে। গ্রাহক ঘরে ছিলেন না, অ্যাড্রেস ভুল ছিল, বা তারা পার্সেল প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছেন। কুরিয়ার আপনাকে রিটার্ন ফি চার্জ করে।

Products and inventory
Stock (or inventory)
The quantity of a product you have at a location (warehouse or shop). You update stock by receiving new products, selling orders, or counting. Omnikyo tracks stock per location and warns you when stock is low or negative.

SKU
A code that identifies one specific product option. SKU stands for "stock keeping unit". You may create your own SKU or use your supplier's. Two different colours of the same shirt have two different SKUs. Omnikyo uses SKUs to track stock and match products across sales channels.

Variant
One option of a product. A shirt that comes in three sizes (S, M, L) and two colours (red, blue) has 6 variants. Each variant has its own SKU, stock level, and price. A customer picks which variant they want when they order.

Location
A warehouse, outlet, shop or any place where you keep stock. You can have multiple locations and route orders from different sales channels to different locations. Omnikyo tracks stock at each location separately.
বাংলায়: গুদাম, শোরুম, দোকান বা যেকোনো জায়গা যেখানে আপনি পণ্য রাখেন। আপনার একাধিক লোকেশন থাকতে পারে এবং বিভিন্ন চ্যানেল থেকে আসা অর্ডার বিভিন্ন লোকেশনে পাঠাতে পারেন।

Out of stock
A product that you have zero or negative quantity of. It cannot be ordered on your online store and appears in red on the All products page.
বাংলায়: একটি পণ্য যার স্টক শেষ বা নেতিবাচক। এটি আপনার অনলাইন স্টোরে অর্ডার করা যায় না এবং All products পৃষ্ঠায় লাল রঙে দেখায়।

Website and design
Theme
A design template for your online store. Omnikyo provides themes you can use, and you can customize them by changing colours, fonts and layouts. Each theme has different sections and capabilities.

Section
A large block of content on a page of your store. A section might be a hero banner at the top, a product grid below, and a footer at the bottom. You add sections in the store designer, and you can customize them with your products and images.

Block
A smaller piece of content inside a section. A product grid section contains product blocks. A block might be a single product card, a text box, or a button. You arrange and customize blocks in the designer.

Marketing and analytics
Pixel
A piece of code that tracks what customers do on your store. When a customer views a product, adds to cart, or buys, the pixel sends this information to Meta (Facebook). This data helps you understand your customers and run better ads. Also called the Meta Pixel or Facebook Pixel.

Conversions API (CAPI)
A more reliable way to send customer actions from your store to Meta. Instead of the browser tracking it, your server sends it directly. This is more accurate than the pixel and works even when customers have privacy protections on.

ROAS
Return on Ad Spend. The amount of sales you get for every taka you spend on ads. If you spend Tk 1,000 on ads and make Tk 5,000 in sales, your ROAS is 5. Higher ROAS is better. Omnikyo shows your ROAS on the Dashboard and in Reports.

Ad spend
The total amount of money you have spent on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads in a time period. You set a daily budget for each campaign, and Omnikyo adds up all campaigns to show you your total ad spend on the Dashboard.

Dashboard
The main view of your business at a glance. It shows your sales, ad spend, profit, best products, and important alerts. You land on the Dashboard when you sign in.

Omnikyo (the product)
A platform for selling online from Bangladesh. It handles orders from your own store, Shopify, and other channels. It tracks inventory across multiple locations, manages payments and couriers, and helps you understand your business with reports and ads.
