Why is my account read-only?

Your account is read-only because one of the following is true:

  • Invoice is past due. Your invoice became due 7 days after your cycle started, and it is still unpaid. The system locked your account to prevent further charges while payment is pending.
  • Order limit reached. You have created more orders than your plan allows in this billing cycle. The system stops accepting new orders when you hit the limit.
  • AI parser limit reached. You have used more OmniAI parsing than your plan allows this cycle.
  • Your business is suspended. A platform admin suspended your account for another reason.

Check the red banner at the top of the screen — it shows the exact reason.

My invoice is overdue. How do I restore access to my account?

Contact your support team or platform admin and tell them:

  • Your invoice amount and ID (you can ask them for this if you don't have it).
  • Your payment method (bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, or cash).
  • A payment reference if you've already sent money (bank receipt number, bKash transaction ID, etc.).

The admin records the payment in Omnikyo's system. Once the total paid reaches the invoice amount, your account reactivates within minutes.

If you have already sent payment, make sure you provide the reference so the admin can find it and record it immediately.

I sent payment but my account is still locked

Payment recording can take a few minutes to process. The system rechecks your status about every 15 minutes. Wait 15–30 minutes and refresh the page.

If your account is still locked after 30 minutes:

  1. Get your payment reference (bank receipt, bKash transaction ID, etc.).
  2. Contact support again and confirm the reference. The admin can search for it and manually mark it paid.

My order limit is reached. What do I do?

You have hit your plan's monthly order limit. No new orders are accepted until:

  • The billing cycle resets (at the start of next month or year), or
  • A platform admin raises your order limit by giving you extra quota.

To request more quota, contact your support team and ask to increase your max orders per month limit for the current cycle. The admin can approve this in the system.

Orders placed by customers on your storefront do not count toward your limit — only orders you create yourself (manually, via payment links, or through imports) count.

I reached my AI parser limit

You have used OmniAI's message and document parsing more than your plan allows this month. OmniAI cannot parse new messages until your cycle resets.

To continue using OmniAI before the next cycle, ask a platform admin to raise your max AI parses per month limit for the current cycle.

What does Omnikyo charge for?

Omnikyo charges a flat monthly or yearly price — not a percentage of your orders or sales.

The amount is set by your plan (Momentum, Command, or another plan). For example, if your plan costs ৳2,500 per month, you pay ৳2,500 every month, regardless of how many orders you create or how much you sell.

Omnikyo does NOT charge:

  • A percentage of your order total
  • A percentage of delivered orders
  • A per-order fee
  • Extra fees for payments, shipping, or returns

The only charges are the flat plan price and any add-ons your platform admin sets up.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Cancellation is handled by a platform admin. Contact your support team to request cancellation. The admin can set your account to stop renewing at the end of the current cycle or cancel immediately, depending on your situation.

Is there a free plan?

Some accounts have a free plan that costs ৳0. If your account is free:

  • Your invoice is still created each cycle (for ৳0).
  • It settles automatically — no payment is needed.
  • You still have usage limits (orders per month, AI parser uses, team members).
  • If you exceed the limits, your account becomes read-only just as with a paid plan.

What if I downgrade to a cheaper plan?

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Your current invoice (for the current cycle) is not affected. When the new cycle starts, your plan price changes and a new invoice is issued at the lower amount.

If your new plan has lower usage limits (e.g., fewer orders per month), those limits apply starting the next cycle.

When does my cycle reset?

Your cycle resets on the same day each month (or the same date each year if yearly). For example, if your cycle started on the 15th, it resets on the 15th of the next month.

If your cycle is a month with fewer days (e.g., February), it resets on the last day of that month.
