How many team members can I add?
Your plan limits the number of team members, and the owner counts as one. If you hit the limit, the invite is blocked until a member is removed or the limit is raised. Contact support to raise it.
Can there be two owners?
No. Every business has exactly one owner. The owner has full access and cannot be removed or have their access edited. The app does not offer a way to transfer ownership.
What happens to a member's data when I remove them?
Removing a member removes them from your team — they lose access to your business and cannot see any of your orders, products or customers. Their own Omnikyo login is not deleted. Business data (orders, customers, products) is not deleted, only their access to it.
Do invited people get a link in the email?
When you invite someone whose email has no Omnikyo account yet, Omnikyo creates the account, tries to send an invitation email, and also shows you a temporary password once. If the email already has an Omnikyo account (for example on another business), that account is added to your business, with no new email and no password.
Can a member see other members' details?
A member can see the list of other team members in the Team page only if their role or custom access grants Users & Roles (the read checkbox, View Users). The Security page (to see who is signed in) also needs it. Changing a member's access needs Assign & view permissions, removing needs Manage team members, and only the owner can reset passwords or change the sign-in rules.
What happens if a member's device is lost?
From Settings › Security, someone with the Manage team members permission (or the owner) can click Sign out everywhere on a member's row to sign them out of all their devices at once. The member keeps their access and can sign in again on a new device. You do not need to reset their password unless you want to block them from signing back in immediately.
