See your best-selling products and variants
The card shows your top 50 best-selling products (by units) in your chosen period, ranked by revenue. Tap a product to see which variants sold.

Understanding the list
The card shows up to 6 products at first. Each row shows:
- The product image (if you added one).
- The product name.
- A second line: the units sold (all variants of this product added together) — for example, "47 sold".
- A bar showing the revenue, sized against the largest row.
- The revenue (how much the product made).
- A percentage showing the product's share of the top 50 list.
Products are sorted by revenue, highest first. The top sellers by units may not be the top earners by money if they are cheap.
How the top 50 are chosen
The card shows the top 50 best-selling products by units sold in your date range (non-cancelled orders placed in the range). Anything beyond the top 50 is not on the card. Inside that list, rows are sorted by revenue. So you see the 50 most-sold products (by count), displayed in order of how much money each made.
Expand variants
When a product has more than one variant that sold, a chevron appears on the left. Tap it to unfold the variants underneath.
Each variant row shows:
- The variant name (the product name is trimmed off to save space).
- Units sold (just this variant).
- Revenue of just this variant.
- Share of that product's revenue (not the whole list).
Tap the chevron again to collapse. Only one product is expanded at a time.
A product with a single variant does not get a chevron, because there is nothing to unfold.
Show more or fewer
A button below the list shows how many products are in the top 50 (for example, "Show all 47"). Tap it to reveal all of them. Once open, the button reads "Show less", and tap it to hide all but the top 6 again.
The footer figures
Below the list:
- Total: the revenue of the top 50 products you are viewing (not your whole Sales figure, which includes delivery fees and products beyond the top 50).
- Top 3 share (shown only if more than 3 rows): the share of revenue from your three best sellers.
- Leader: the name of the top product and its share of the top 50 list.

Go to the full Products report
Tap Full report in the top right. The Products report opens, the date range carries over, and the page lands on the product table sorted by units sold. There you can see all your products and their costs, profits, and inventory.
How revenue is calculated
Revenue is the sum of quantity × unit price for each line the product had on orders placed in the range. This is different from Sales on the headline card, which includes delivery fees.
The Top products total will not match Sales because it excludes delivery fees and anything beyond the top 50 products.
Empty state
If no products sold in the date range, the card shows "Nothing in this period."
Questions people ask
Why doesn't the total match my Sales?
Top products Total is the top 50 products' revenue only, with no delivery fees. Sales (on the headline card) includes delivery fees and everything else. If you have hundreds of products, the rest add up to the difference.
Why is my cheap product showing as a top seller?
The top 50 are chosen by units sold (count), not revenue. A Tk 100 product that sold 1,000 times beats a Tk 5,000 product that sold 50 times. The list is then sorted by revenue for display, so high-priced items can appear lower if they sold fewer units.
Can I export this list?
The full Products report has export. Tap Full report and look for the export button there.
