Financials report (P&L)

The Financials report is a complete profit and loss statement: your revenue, every cost, and what was left as profit.

The four headline cards

The Net profit card shows what you kept after every cost. The Gross profit card is revenue less product cost and courier fees only. The Revenue card is the money collected on delivered orders (cash at the door plus advances). The Ad spend card is what all your advertising cost, tax included.

The Expenses card shows what you logged in the Expenses area; if nothing is logged the card says so and asks you to add them.

Revenue to net profit waterfall

The waterfall chart breaks down where your net profit came from: starting with revenue, subtracting each cost in turn (product cost, delivery fees, returns cost, ads and expenses), and ending with what was left. The chart shows the subtotals Gross profit and Net profit as bold steps.

Cost structure

The Cost structure breakdown shows what every ৳100 of revenue paid for: products, ads, couriers, returns, and expenses. The biggest slice is where a saving moves profit most.

How revenue was paid

The How revenue was paid chart shows the split between cash collected on delivery and what customers paid up front. Advances cut returns: a customer who has paid is less likely to refuse the parcel.

Ad spend by day and Margins by week

The Ad spend by day chart shows what advertising cost each day (tax included). The chart groups spend across every platform: Meta, Google, TikTok and others. When only one platform has spend, that figure repeats the ad spend total.

The Margins by week chart shows two trend lines: Gross margin (of every ৳100 collected, what was left after products and couriers) and Net margin (after ads and expenses too). Both are averages for the week.

Expenses by category

The Expenses by category bar chart lists every expense category you logged for these dates, largest first, with each one's share of revenue. If no expenses are logged the card says so.
