Set your delivery fees
You set two delivery fees: one for addresses inside Dhaka, one for everywhere else. Customers pay these fees when they order from your online store or landing pages.

Who can do it: Anyone with Settings access (the page.settings.storefront permission).
Before you start
Delivery fees apply only to orders placed on your online store and landing pages. Orders you create by hand in the Orders list do not get a delivery fee unless you add it yourself.
If you offer free delivery above a certain order value, set that rule in your discount settings first.
Set the delivery fees
- Open Settings from the sidebar.
- Select Shipping and delivery.
- In the Delivery fees section, you see two fields: Inside Dhaka and Outside Dhaka.
- For each location, enter the fee customers must pay. Use whole amounts (no decimals). The default is Tk 80 for Dhaka and Tk 130 outside Dhaka.
- To offer free delivery in either location, enter 0.
- A message tells you if an amount is invalid ("Enter an amount (0 for free delivery)" or "Use a whole amount of 0 or more"). Fix any errors before you save.
- In the bottom right of the page, a Save changes button appears when you make a change. Select it.
- You see a toast: Delivery fees saved.
The change applies to new orders immediately.
Where these fees appear
The fee you set for Inside Dhaka is added to orders from customers with a Dhaka address. The Outside Dhaka fee applies to customers everywhere else in Bangladesh.
On your store's checkout page, the delivery fee shows as a line above the total. If free delivery applies (because the order meets a free-delivery threshold or discount), the fee line shows Tk 0.
Variations and special cases
Free delivery above a spending threshold
You can offer free delivery when the order total (before delivery fee) reaches a certain amount. This is a discount setting, not a shipping setting. Both a threshold and a free-delivery discount code apply if the order qualifies for both.
Changing a fee after orders are placed
If you change a delivery fee, the change does not affect orders you have already created. New orders use the new fee.
Questions people ask
Can I set different fees for different areas outside Dhaka?
No. Omnikyo groups all non-Dhaka addresses as "Outside Dhaka" and applies the same fee. You cannot set fees for Chattogram, Sylhet, or other cities separately.
Do customers see the delivery fee before they check out?
Yes. The fee appears in the shipping section of the checkout form before the customer enters payment details. They can see the final total including delivery, tax and discounts before confirming the order.
What if I set the fee to 0?
Customers pay no delivery fee. Free delivery is active in that location.
