Create your Omnikyo account

You sign up with your email and password, or with Google, and enter your phone number. No payment card is needed. Omnikyo is free to start.

Before you start

You need an email address or a Google account, and a Bangladesh mobile number. That is all.

Create your account with email

1. On the home page, select Start Free.
2. Make sure the Sign up tab is active (the Sign in tab is next to it).
3. Fill the form:
   • Your name: at least 2 characters (you pick how your team sees you).
   • Email: a valid email address where you can receive messages.
   • Phone: a Bangladesh mobile number, 6+ digits (any format: 01712345678, +8801712345678, 017 1234 5678). This is how Omnikyo and couriers reach you.
   • Password: at least 6 characters (you use this to sign in).
4. Select Create account.

The page shows "You're in. Taking you through…" for about 1.4 seconds, then opens the dashboard. If email confirmation is on for your project, the page shows "Check your email to confirm your account" instead — click the link in the email to go to the dashboard.

What the form checks

• Name: must be at least 2 characters after trimming spaces.
• Email: must be a valid email address, and not already registered.
• Phone: must be 6+ digits; spaces, hyphens, and a leading + are allowed. The server stores it in the standard format: +8801712345678.
• Password: at least 6 characters.

Errors

• "Invalid email address" — type a valid email.
• "Your name is required" — type at least 2 characters.
• "Your phone number is required" — type a phone number (6+ digits).
• "Password must be at least 6 characters" — type a longer password.
• "Invalid form data." — something went wrong; try again.
• "User could not be created." — sign up failed; try again or contact support.

Create your account with Google

1. On the home page, select Start Free.
2. Make sure the Sign up tab is active.
3. Select Continue with Google.
4. Pick the Google account you want to use. Google fills your name and email.
5. After Google signs you in, you see "Add your phone number" (on the /auth/complete screen):
   • Phone: a Bangladesh mobile number, 6+ digits.
   • Select Continue.
6. The page shows "You're in. Taking you through…" for about 1.4 seconds, then opens the dashboard.

If Google fails

"Could not start Google sign-in." — try again. Check that your browser allows pop-ups for this site.

If the Google button is not clickable, your browser may have blocked Google sign-in. Check your browser permissions and try a different browser.

What is created for you

When you sign in for the first time, Omnikyo creates:

• Your login: the email you registered with. You use this to sign in on any device.
• Your business: a new business with the name "<your name>'s business" (you rename it later to your store name). You are the owner.
• A default subscription: a free plan that lets you sell.
• Your store: not live yet, but ready to be built in the welcome stage (the next screen after sign-in).

You can invite team members later from Settings → Team. They sign in with their own email and see only what you allow.

Next: the welcome stage

After you create your account, the dashboard opens with the welcome stage (a full screen with Kyo the mascot). Answer four questions:

1. What is your store called?
2. What do you sell? (Clothing, Beauty, Food, etc.)
3. (Kyo builds your store.)
4. Your store is live.

Then choose Let's set it up to see the dashboard and Kyo's five setup missions.
