Find orders: search, filter, sort
Narrow the order list by searching for a customer or order number, filtering by type, shipping status, source, date and products, sorting columns, and stepping through pages.
Where to find it: Orders page › search box at the top; Filters button for advanced filters
Before you start
You start on the New tab by default. Click a different status tab (All, Confirmed, Dispatched, etc.) to see orders in that status. Or use the filters to find orders by other criteria.
All search and filter choices stay in the URL, so your choices survive a page reload.
Search for an order by number or customer
At the top of the page is a Search orders... box. Type in:
- Order number — just the number, like
42or#42(the # is optional). The app matches the order ID. - Customer phone — any part of their number, like
01712345or88017. The app normalizes Bangladeshi phone formats, so1712345678and01712345678both match. - Customer name, address, or city — search for a place or name.
The search is live; results update as you type.
Filter by order type
Click the Filters button to open the filters popover. The first section is Order type. Choose:
- All — show both original and exchange orders.
- Original — only orders placed directly by customers.
- Exchange — only replacement orders for items from another order.
Filter by shipping status
Under Shipping, choose:
- All — no shipping filter.
- Due to ship — orders ready to send to a courier (in New, Confirmed, Preparing, or Hold; not yet dispatched).
- Scheduled — orders with a future ship date set.
When you pick Scheduled, a date picker appears below so you can see only orders scheduled for a specific date range.
Filter by quiet parcels
Toggle "Quiet parcels only" to show only parcels that haven't had a courier update for 24 hours or more. This catches stuck shipments — use it to find orders that need your attention because the courier has gone silent.
Filter by source
Under Source, choose where the order came from:
- Messenger (Facebook Messenger)
- Instagram (direct messages)
- Whatsapp (WhatsApp messages)
- Call (a customer called)
- Offline (POS / in-person sale)
- Website (your online store)
You can choose only one source at a time. Leave it on "Any" to see all sources.
Filter by products
Click the Product field to pick one or more products. The list shows every product in your catalog. Tick the ones you want; beside "Product" it shows "N selected" if you've picked more than one. Orders with any of the selected products will appear.
Filter by date
Click the Date placed field to pick a date range. A calendar popover opens with preset ranges like "Last 7 days", "This month", "Last month". You can also pick custom start and end dates. Click Clear to remove the date filter.
See and clear filters
Applied filters appear as removable chips under the search box: "Type: Exchange", "Courier: no update 24h+", "Shipping: Due to ship", etc. Click the X on any chip to remove that filter. Click Clear all to reset everything.
The Filters button shows a number — how many filters are active — so you can see at a glance that filtering is on.
Sort by a column
On desktop, column headers are clickable. Click Order ID, Customer, or Total to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the order (ascending ↔ descending). A small arrow in the header shows the current sort direction. The page remembers your sort choice.
The default sort is by order creation date, newest first.
Page through results
The footer shows "Showing 1–50 of 283 orders" (or your current range). Use the Previous / Next buttons to step through pages. You can also change how many rows appear per page using the rows-per-page picker (default 50).
All your filters stay in place as you page through.
Questions people ask
Can I search for an order I placed weeks ago?
Yes. Leave all filters on All and use the Date placed filter to pick a range. Or search by customer phone — all orders from that phone appear.
What if no results match my filters?
The page shows "No matching orders" and a Clear filters button. Loosen one or more filters (e.g. remove the date range, or pick a broader source) and try again.
How do I find orders with a specific product?
Open Filters, click Product, and tick the product. The list shows only orders containing that product.
Why does my order disappear when I change the tab?
Each status tab is a separate filter. New shows only new orders, Dispatched shows only dispatched ones, and so on. Click All to see every order. Or click the status tab you expect the order to be in.
