Where to find it: Sidebar › User button › Sign out | Settings › Profile and security › Where you're signed in

Sign out from this device only

Click the user button in the sidebar footer (your initials).

At the bottom of the menu, select Sign out.

You are signed out of the dashboard on this device only. If you have another account saved in this browser, the dashboard opens with that account. Otherwise, you are taken to the sign-in page.

See all your signed-in devices

Click Settings in the sidebar, then choose Profile and security.

In the Where you're signed in section, you see a list of every browser and phone you have signed in on. Each row shows:

  • A device icon (desktop, phone, or tablet) and its name — for example "Chrome on Windows" or "Omnikyo app on Android".
  • Whether it is this device (This device badge) and when you were last active.
  • When you signed in (for example "signed in 5 hours ago").
  • The city and IP address the device reported.
  • Whether two-step verification was used to sign in ("verified with a code").

The list starts with the six most recent devices. To see all of them, tap the Show all button with the count.

Sign out one distant device

In the device list, find the device you want to sign out of. At the right, tap Sign out.

That device is signed out immediately. The next time someone tries to use Omnikyo on it, they are asked to sign in again.

Sign out all other devices at once

In the device list, tap Sign out others.

A confirmation appears: "Only this device stays signed in. The others need your password (and code) again."

Confirm to sign out every other device in one action. Only the device you are using now stays signed in.

Automatic sign-out for unused devices

If your account requires two-step verification or sets an idle-device rule, unused devices are automatically signed out. The owner sets this rule in Settings → Security.

The idle rule can be: Never, After 7 days, After 14 days, After 30 days, After 60 days, or After 90 days. Devices that have not been used for that long are signed out automatically at 03:17 Dhaka time every night.

Losing a phone or laptop

If a device is lost or stolen, go to Settings → Profile and security → Where you're signed in, find the device, and tap Sign out. Do this as soon as you realise the device is gone.

Then change your password in Settings → Profile and security → Password.

If the lost device has two-step verification, someone needs your password AND a code from your authenticator app to sign in. If you have a backup authenticator on another device, you are safe. If not, contact support.

Questions people ask

Does signing out on one device sign me out everywhere?

No. Signing out only affects the device you used the Sign out button on. Other devices stay signed in unless you sign them out too, or unless the idle rule automatically signs them out.

Why do I see a device I do not recognise?

Check the city and device type. If it is not yours, sign it out immediately and change your password. It could be a place you visited months ago and your browser is still signed in.
